Meet Mercedes

I am a loving spirit having a human experience, JUST LIKE YOU. Throughout my life, I’ve played many roles: wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, healer, and eternal student of life. But for many years, I didn’t know how to navigate life’s challenges. I allowed circumstances to define me and lived disconnected from my own power.

Doctors offered me medications but not understanding. I carried emotional pain in my body until it became illness. I thought I was broken.

Then, in 2008, life brought me to a sacred breaking point. I experienced what many call “rock bottom”—the moment my old self dissolved. In a single instant, through a near-death experience, I touched the infinite love and peace that exists beyond fear. When I opened my eyes in the hospital, I knew I had been given a second chance—not to merely survive, but to awaken.

That experience became the turning point of my life. It restored my faith, awakened my awareness of the divine intelligence that flows through all creation, and showed me that healing begins from within.

From that moment, I dedicated my life to understanding and embodying that truth. Today, as an Integrative Life Coach, Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, and creator of the Emotional Mastery Method (F.L.O.W. System), I guide others to reconnect with their innate wisdom, release emotional blocks, and reclaim the harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

I am living proof that even the deepest pain can become the portal to your greatest power. My mission is simple: to help others remember who they truly are—whole, divine, and free.
