During our session, we’ll gently explore what your body is trying to tell you. Together, we’ll bring awareness to the emotional and energetic roots behind how you feel — because true healing begins with understanding.

 

From there, I follow intuitive guidance, using the modalities your body calls for in the moment — Spinal Flow, energy medicine, sound, breath, visualization, or vocal vibration — to help release blockages and restore harmony.

 

Every session is unique. Some are deeply emotional, others light and peaceful, but all are designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and flow.

 

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself — with insights and practices to support your continued alignment long after you leave the table.

What is Spinal Flow?

The SpinalFlow®Technique was created by Dr.CarliAxford, a former chiropractor who spent over two decades exploring how the spine, nervous system and life-force energy intersect.

This gentle, non-invasive method uses light contact on specific spinal access points (often referred to as the “7 Gateways” of the spine) to release layers of physical, chemical and emotional stress — unlocking the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Rather than aligning bone structure alone, Spinal Flow focuses on restoring the flow of energy and information through your nervous system, and helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

    Healing Expectations for Individual Sessions


    Every body heals at its own pace. While one session can bring relief and calm, deeper or chronic patterns often need a series of sessions to release fully.

    Healing unfolds in layers — the body naturally lets go of what it’s ready for each time. My role is to gently facilitate that process, allowing your nervous system to restore flow and balance.

    For long-standing conditions, consecutive sessions help maintain momentum and support lasting transformation.

     

    How to Maximize Your Spinal Flow Sessions

     

    To ensure the best results and a comfortable experience during your session, please follow these guidelines:

    • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to support your body’s natural healing process.
    • Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing: Avoid jeans, collared tops, and hoodies. opt for comfortable, unrestricted clothing to allow optimal movement and relaxation.
    • Bring Socks (if needed): If your feet tend to get cold, bring a pair of socks to stay warm and cozy during the session.
