Each body determines what it is ready to release. While some clients experience significant healing in just one session, others require ongoing sessions due to lifestyle factors that may slow the process.

To ensure the best results and a comfortable experience during your session, please follow these guidelines:
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to support your body’s natural healing process.
- Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing: Avoid jeans, collared tops, and hoodies. opt for comfortable, unrestricted clothing to allow optimal movement and relaxation.
- Bring Socks (if needed): If your feet tend to get cold, bring a pair of socks to stay warm and cozy during the session.
